Benefits practitioners of all styles.

Teachers will learn to adapt practices for different student needs and deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy. The course emphasizes creating a safe, supportive environment that facilitates healing and self-awareness, guiding students toward greater balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.

By the end of the training, teachers will be equipped to lead gentle yoga and restorative classes, integrate meditation and yoga nidra techniques, and support students in achieving deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Chair yoga provides adaptable movement solutions for everyday scenarios like desk work, long car rides, or flights. It’s important to note that chair yoga isn’t just "easy"; it can be as challenging and effective as any traditional yoga practice.

Chair yoga emphasizes proper alignment, benefiting practitioners of all yoga styles. This program offers hands-on practice sessions and informative video recordings presenting various health conditions, including joint replacements, osteoporosis, joint issues, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint and spinal conditions & mobility issues.

As our population ages, the need for elderly care and exercise is increasing. Chair yoga offers a gentle and accessible practice for everyone, including those recovering from surgery, managing athletic injuries, using wheelchairs, or with limited mobility.

Chair yoga is gaining traction among physical therapists, yoga instructors, nurses, eldercare professionals, and senior living communities, all of whom are discovering the benefits of specialized yoga instruction for their clients and residents.
