Whether it's old relationships, past mistakes, or emotional baggage, these attachments keep us tied to things that no longer serve us. In this session, we're going to explore a powerful way to release those emotional cords, to truly cut ourselves free from the past and move forward with clarity and purpose.

March 8 Cord Cutting Continued

Today, we’ll focus on how to build new, supportive relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Releasing old attachments is only one part of the process. Replacing them with nurturing, positive attachments is what will truly allow us to move forward with peace, purpose, and power.
